Don’t worry, the models OpenAI is about to release will come with higher usage limits. It’s basically “intelligence too cheap to meter,” with a specific focus on Plus and Go users first, and eventually free users too. I’ve been pushing REALLY hard on this, because there’s no point in releasing something monstrous if it’s effectively unusable for 99% of users because of the cost. (Pro users already got plenty of benefits from GPT-6 Pro / Astra, so now it’s everyone else’s turn, right?)
