GPT-6 Astra built a full 3D railway simulation game in @threejs with a few prompts. I just kept going after the previous train modeling demo. It has 3D and isometric camera modes, you can follow each train, there are cities, junctions, river, bridges, smoke... Might add multiplayer next.
