汇报一下，Claude目前用了5天了，订阅的20刀，没设置时区，也没有用英文聊天。 Vps 就是自建的机房Ip ，全程开TUN，目前没有被封而且更新以后自动切成中文了客户端。这5天主要用MCP 在虚幻引擎开发游戏蓝图，大多数基础任务用的Sonnet 5.5思考强度High 复杂任务会切Opus 5.5，同时用Opus5.5做了一个抖音很火的视频，思考强度开的medium，完全够用，开更高的档位效果不一定最好，实测medium 完成一个视频额度消耗5小时窗口的百分之2-3左右，非常低！而且完成的非常好，目前抖音有800多赞。体感来说目前的思考档位，能够胜任我目前的工作，完全不需要无脑开到超高档位，Sonnet最好不要超过Max否则性价比会下降，Opus 大多数任务开到High 任务完成率要比Xhigh Max更高官方的文档里有详细的使用教程，我也推荐大家去看看，里面详细介绍了如何正确使用思考档位，怎么优化成本之类的。
