One of my favorite ways to get a sense of frontier models' capabilities is to use the newest model to refine my personal webpage. My site's evolution actually mirrors the history of LLM advancements: From forking RayeRen's personal homepage template, where I used GPT-4 & 4o to understand how to configure the initial parameters, to using o1 to fix those long-standing frontend bugs that had baffled me for ages; then to the GPT-5 era, which helped me completely restructure the entire site into a more modern template; followed by Opus 4.6 to 4.8, which reconstructed my projects, papers, and blog into a unified, seamless showcase; and most recently, leveraging Gemini 4 Argon to reimagine the site into a more artistic and minimalist style.
