Criticism of OpenAI cutting quota resets to free compute for Dots

Let me get this straight: OpenAI is cutting off its regular banked resets mainly to free up compute for the newly launched Dots? The same Dots that's neither better than Grok Bot nor as efficient? And it isn't cheap either, unlike Muse Agent, which can do everything Dots does, but at a lower price? Not to mention it's only available to Pro users in the United States. This misplacement of priorities and attention will be OpenAI's ACHILLES' HEEL.
