OpenAI's 28-day shipping challenge: 6 Codex/Work updates so far
Tibo's 28-day challenge requires OpenAI to ship a meaningful Codex/Work update daily or reset everyone's usage; the first three days brought faster GPT-6, Auto review, a Decisions API beta, a Meetings plugin and Intelligent UI.
Recap of Tibo’s ongoing 28-day shipping challenge: OpenAI has to ship something meaningful for Codex/Work users every day, or everyone gets a full usage reset. Day 01: GPT-6 Astra and GPT-6.1 Sol got roughly 50% faster by default. Day 02: OpenAI shipped 4 things - Free Auto review - Decisions API public beta - Meetings plugin - Easier access to higher API rate limits Majority still voted for the reset (lol) so everyone got their usage limits refreshed anyway. Day 03: GPT-6 + Intelligent UI started rolling out, bringing more visual and interactive responses directly into ChatGPT. So far: 6 improvements, 1 full reset. 25 days left, and this challenge is already turning into one of the more interesting ways OpenAI has shipped updates in public.
