GPT Image 2.5 image generation in Codex draws from the same quota

I remember having a little over 30% of my Codex quota left this morning. Ran out, used a reset, and now I’m already back down to 60% 🫠 Doesn’t feel like I did that much today, though I did generate a lot of images with GPT Image 2.5 in Codex and went back and forth editing them. Just checked, and image generation draws from the same quota. OpenAI says turns with image generation use around 3–5 times as much quota on average as similar turns without it. How’s your quota holding up today? Especially if you’ve been generating and editing images in Codex.
