The data tradeoff behind Jev's short context default
The author comments on Jev's claim that a shorter context default is more accurate, arguing that context engineering remains the most important job for agent builders.
tsunami of “context engineering for jev” articles loading 👀 context engineering is still the most important job of today’s agent builders all harness & orchestration primitives fall out of thinking about model processing data over their computational boundary (the context window) also it all comes back to data! Jev has a short context default and they say it’s more accurate because that size and quality of data is much better represented in the world Jev team clearly cares a lot about data, they crush in generalization across lots of domains, great that we can use the same model for slightly longer context requests
