@MIKU649_12 桌面端和 CLI 常驻后台有心跳连接，梯子一掉或切节点，同会话瞬间从机房 ASN 跳回境内直连，必触发风控秒封。最稳是把号关在远端美区独立容器 + 固定静态家宽里（一机一线一号），本地配 ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL 免梯直连，本机断网也不伤号。
