Codex CLI startup error: remove stale model_catalog_json line as workaround
Codex fails to start because model_catalog_json in config.toml points to a missing file; deleting that line and model_provider = "magpie" is a temporary fix, with a root-cause fix and new release coming.

@zwaydot 抱歉踩坑了🙏 临时解法：打开 ~/.codex/config.toml，删掉 model_catalog_json = … 那一行（它指向的文件已经不在了），如果还有 model_provider = "magpie" 也一起删，保存后点 Retry 就能启动。根因在修，修好会发新版本。
