Claude新增的模型行为条款，先看生效日期：2026年11月12日。 新版使用政策加入了“对模型持续且无必要的辱骂或残酷行为”这一项。与官方链接的2025-09-15版本对照，旧版没有这条表述。 这不等于“说一句重话就立即封号”。政策列出警告、限流、限制访问、暂停或终止等可能措施，并未给出一句话触发自动封禁的规则。 截至10月13日，新版还没到生效日，不能拿它解释所有当前封号个案。 来源：Anthropic使用政策（生效日2026-11-12）及前一版本（2025-09-15）；核验于2026-10-13。
