I use AI for my cooking 🧑‍🍳 Like, a lot. Along with my own recipes or IG found ones. I use AI, and you know what? It works 😼 So, here’s my first ever 🥯 bagel by GPT-6 Astra 👇 You need: 200 g Greek yogurt or thick natural yogurt 200 g flour 2 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt Optional: 1 tsp olive oil Topping: sesame, poppy seeds, everything seasoning, etc. Optional for brushing: a little milk or beaten egg How to make them Heat oven to 190°C. Mix flour + baking powder + salt. Add yogurt and mix until a dough forms. Knead very briefly, about 1 minute. If sticky, add a tiny bit more flour. Divide into 4 pieces. Roll each into a thick rope and connect the ends to form a bagel. Put on baking paper. Brush with milk or egg and add sesame/seeds. Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden. Let them rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. For a healthier version, you can do 100 g regular flour + 100 g whole-wheat or buckwheat flour, although too much buckwheat can make them dense.
