iMessage and Telegram are strictly worse interfaces for an AI assistant. They worked great for bootstrapping (without having to build a world-class messaging app) but they’re terrible in so many ways: - no threads/sessions - artifacts always look ugly or don’t work - everything must viewed from a single threaded chat thread: looking at a past artifact or markdown is painful Muse and Grok Bot are doing it the right way, and my prediction is 90% of people will stop using AI assistants through iMessage, Telegram, WhatsApp by 2027.
