Japan’s Hōryū-ji pagoda has stood for about 1,300 years. We asked three AI models to rebuild it in 3D. 🏯 Claude Opus 5.5, GPT-6 Astra and Gemini 4 Argon each got the same prompt. A detail to watch: the central pillar runs straight up through all five stories, yet it carries none of their weight. Only a model that really understands the building gets that right.
