Claude 随意封禁付费用户账号，申诉后依然拒绝解封。 整个过程没有提供任何具体违规证据，只有一封模板化的拒绝邮件。 更离谱的是：账号被封，付费服务无法使用，没有退款入口，联系客服也只能面对 AI 机器人。 @AnthropicAI 封号可以，但至少应该给用户一个合理的解释、真正的人工复核渠道，以及公平的退款机制。 付费用户不应该在毫无解释的情况下失去账号和已经支付的费用。 Claude banned my paid account, and my appeal was rejected without any clear explanation or specific evidence of a violation. No access to the service I paid for. No refund option. No meaningful human support—just AI chatbots and automated rejection emails. @AnthropicAI, users deserve transparency, a fair human review process, and a reasonable refund policy.
