朋友上个月 Claude 账号被封，这个月 App Store 仍自动续订 Claude Pro，作者问被封还被扣费该找 Anthropic 还是苹果、退款是否值得追。

My friend's Claude account got banned last month. This month the App Store auto-renewed Claude Pro anyway. Banned but still charged? Is a refund worth chasing, and who do you ask first, Anthropic or Apple? Anyone actually gotten one back?
