At this point, what reason is left to keep paying for Codex? - We already had 20x for $200. Now 25x costs $500. What??? - They launched Dots while dot. com redirects straight to Grok Bot. You cannot script this - GPT-6.1 Sol dropped and, it’s not even close to Opus 5.5 that people were expecting. - The live demos were painful. - Pricing is getting worse and somehow more confusing every launch Meanwhile Anthropic just keeps dropping banger after banger For me, this was easily one of the most disappointing OpenAI DevDays yet What exactly are we paying more for?
