用户发邮件申诉后 Claude 账号获解封
作者称给 Anthropic 用户安全邮箱发申诉信、再走官网 appeals 流程，约 6 天后一个被封的 Claude 账号被解封，并公开了邮件模板。
震惊瘫坐！A\居然解封了我一个claude账号 我做了哪些事： 写邮件给usersafety@anthropic.com，告诉他我在用claude干嘛，封号的大概时间（我特意写的美国时间） 原邮件内容： 「Dear Anthropic Support Team, My Claude account xxxxx@gmail.com was suspended on October 2, 2026, at approximately 4:00 a.m. PDT. I am a content creator and use Claude to help create videos for my social media channels. Shortly before the suspension, I was using Claude to work on a video for my own content. This was ordinary creative work, and I have not engaged in any activity that violates your usage policies. I believe the suspension may have been a mistake. Please have a member of your team review my account and conversation history and restore my access. If a specific activity raised concerns, I would appreciate clarification. Thank you for your time and assistance. Best regards, Chris 」 于是我收到回复：需要我去官网提交appeals，就是那个封号后的界面，提交之后大概花了6天时间才解封 😂😂 被封的照着我这个模板去碰碰运气吧，反正死马当活马医了
