Asks typed. Gates hard. Routes silent. the interesting part isn't lowering the gate. it's giving every decision a field where you can see the floor. Instead of paying for tokens that never leave the model, you run 12,556 decisions at $0.042 per million in, 260ms p50, output literally free, and the LLM wakes only when the route calls it.
