Introducing CRM Chief of Staff 🎉🎉 🎉 I don't have a $20,000 announcement budget to rig the X algorithm with QRTs so I don't expect this to pop. BUT for the few ones who will read this, here's why this announcement is a game-changer. For the last 3 years, we got thousands of CRM customers at Breakcold. Some of them came from Hubspot, Pipedrive, Attio or didn't even have a CRM at all. Through constant feedback, I concluded that the way CRMs work should be completely changed. It's not normal that you buy a CRM and that you still have to do so much manual work. So in 2025, we started testing AI native features and also did like everyone else by releasing a strong MCP so that you can leverage your CRM using Claude, ChatGPT or any other AI platform. Well, there are technical reasons and cost reasons, hence why no one did it except Salesforce for some high-end Enterprise customers. If you're at the SMB level, you're probably not ready to pay an absurd amount to have a TRUE AI CRM. In a nutshell, it's a tough problem to solve but not an impossible one. We cracked the solution: -> we cracked the speed. -> we cracked the costs. -> we cracked the technical part. To summarize: Step 1/ you connect your sources (eg. Email, LinkedIn, Stripe, Notion, Intercom) You can connect as many sources as you want. Step 2/ chief of staff and your AI CRM employees handle it all They create contacts, enrich them, create deals, update, build reports etc. Step 3/ you focus on chatting with prospects & customers Just focus on the most important thing to grow your business. The video you're seeing is just the tip of the iceberg, the only limit is your imagination.
