实测 Muse 代理处理租车理赔，顺带评价 Gemini 4 Argon
用户让 Muse 代理跨租车、保险、信用卡三方跑理赔数天，出错一次差点泄露卡信息，并称 Gemini 4 Argon 偏谨慎反而适合真实业务。
I tested Muse the other day. First of all: Kudos to the Muse team 🎉 I am so impressed with it! I’m sure lots of hard work went into it. The task I had for it was: “Resolve my rental car incident claim with: the rental, the car insurance, and the credit card companies.” Gotta have skin in the game to really test something 😁 The agent did amazing work over several days, emailing/cc-ing all the companies involved, collecting paperwork and filing claims over many websites. The one mistake the agent did commit - it tried to file the claim with the credit card company on the wrong website. If I didn’t catch that, my card details and personal data would go to this random website. And this was not prompt injection, it just didn’t double check my card indeed used a different claims website. This is a model issue, not infra or product. Some people say Gemini 4 Argon is too careful…for real-life work that touches critical data, I would rather have” too careful” over careless 🤷♂️ Happy that us (Google) is not behind in this, our Gemini Spark updated my car registration for me 2 months ago - no need to struggle through the DMV website anymore for this guy 😎
