18.3.0 更新：基础 token 从 30k 降到 10k，并支持 TypeSafe Jev 1.13 离线计数
一次工具链发版，把基础 token 占用砍到三分之一、合并工具减少开销，并加入 TypeSafe Jev 1.13 的离线 token 计数与多模态鉴权网关。
Few interesting changes in 18.3.0: - Reduced base token usage from ~30k to 10k (!!) You should have a much more pleasant experience with local models wrt: prefill. - Multiple tools were folded into read/write/bash eliminating tool overhead. - Skill descriptions are now compressed by default. - Added detection for Codex cyber access entitlements, explicitly requesting it even for non-daybreak models, which should get you less refusals if eligable. - Added support for Apple Foundational Models.
