PlatAtlas 用 Jev 做工作流分支的边判定

作者把 Jev 放在节点之间的边上，每条链接都是一个带类型的 Jev 问题，在超导冷却实验里做到 0 漏判、0 误报，耗时 7.7 对 11.6 实验室小时。

Jev on the edges, not in the nodes. My PlatAtlas agent harness: branches are workflows, every link is a typed Jev question. Tested on RT-superconductivity cooldowns: 0 missed transitions, 0 false alarms, 7.7 vs 11.6 lab-hours.
