用 typesafe 的 Claude Code 插件，把 agent 里所有 yes/no、单选、排序问题换成一次 Jev 概率调用，阈值写在普通代码里，低置信度才升级给 Opus。

Low confidence escalates to Opus 5.5, never down. 4. Log every Jev call and every escalation so I can see the savings. Show me the diff before changing anything.
