Claude 账号申诉 6 天后成功解封

我擦，才发现我的一个Claude账号居然解封了 我做了哪些事： 写邮件给usersafety@anthropic.com，告诉他我是一个内容创作者，在用Claude做视频，以及封号的大概时间。 原邮件内容： Dear Anthropic Support Team, My Claude account xxxxx@gmail.com was suspended on October 2, 2026, at approximately 4:00 a.m. PDT. I am a content creator and use Claude to help create videos for my social media channels. Shortly before the suspension, I was using Claude to work on a video for my own content. This was ordinary creative work, and I have not engaged in any activity that violates your usage policies. I believe the suspension may have been a mistake. Please have a member of your team review my account and conversation history and restore my access. If a specific activity raised concerns, I would appreciate clarification. Thank you for your time and assistance. Best regards, Chris 于是我收到回复：需要我去官网提交appeals，就是那个封号后的界面，提交之后大概花了6天时间才解封 😂😂
