i deleted 150 videos this month and it's the best thing that happened to my account I run a content factory on Picsart + Opus 5.5. one shape in, 30 posts out, every week. it works. the problem is it works for everyone four people posted the exact same build in the same two weeks. same tool, same steps, same fan-out script. anyone can copy your pipeline by friday so I stopped treating the videos as the asset. most of them die in 48 hours anyway. the asset is the one line of proof each run leaves behind: which shape your audience actually finished watching I keep those lines in a Format Ledger. after 5 weeks it holds 23 shapes, ranked, and it picks what I make next getting your own ledger running takes five moves, and the first one matters most: > save shapes, not topics. one line, topic stripped out: "over-the-shoulder POV, one object reacts to bad news, hard cut at the punchline". a topic gives you one rerun. a shape re-skins forever > pull watch-through at 48 hours and write it back. anything under your floor (mine is 30%) fades. anything over it goes into the ledger > score every shape as lift × reuse × freshness. multiply, don't add: a shape that fails one of the three is dead > only multiply the #1. your fan-out takes the top of the ledger, never a fresh guess, so all 30 variants start above the floor > run preflight before every batch. there's no per-run spending cap, so check the price before you generate the pipeline is public. the ledger is built from your audience, so nobody can copy it five weeks from now, people who started a ledger this week will know exactly what to post. everyone else will still be guessing full build + ledger. py in the article below. bookmark this before your next batch
