Muse 代打电话被曝转接真人客服
404 Media 报道称 Muse 替用户拨出的部分电话实际由呼叫中心真人完成,内部文件提到「human agent layer」。
6 Things That Caught My Attention Today... 1. Michael Burry is reportedly adding to shorts across Micron, Nebius, semiconductor exposure and Palantir as the debate around AI infrastructure gets even more interesting. At the same time, Nebius is raising some GPU rental prices from October and Micron says key capacity is effectively spoken for years ahead. 2. Another corner of private markets is worth watching. Investors asked to redeem 11.4% of Morgan Stanley's nearly $7B North Haven Private Income Fund in its latest quarterly window, while the fund will repurchase the customary 5% of outstanding units. Even more interesting, nearly two-thirds of the latest requests came from investors whose previous requests had already been prorated. 3. Here's another AI financing story I'm digging into. SoftBank's SB Energy has reportedly slowed plans for an IPO at around a $50B valuation as investors question the economics of building enormous amounts of data-centre capacity tied heavily to OpenAI demand. Reports put its contracted backlog around $439B, despite the business still being at an extremely early stage operationally. 4. This might be my favourite AI story of the week. Meta's new Muse AI agent has shot to the top of the US App Store and helped fuel huge excitement around Meta, but 404 Media reports that some of the phone calls Muse is supposed to make on your behalf are being handed off to actual humans in call centres. Internal communications reportedly describe a “human agent layer” that can complete calls when required. AI has become so advanced that apparently we've reinvented… people. 5. Bitcoin is back above $86,000, reaching its highest level since January after jumping around 7% from Friday. ETF flows have picked up again, Strategy bought another $75.7M worth last week, and crypto-related equities have moved with it. After nearly $648M in shorts were reportedly liquidated during the initial breakout, this is a great example of why I like looking beyond price alone: positioning, leverage and flows can become part of the move itself. 6. One of the more interesting rotations underneath the market is happening in financials. As investors get increasingly excited about autonomous AI agents that can negotiate prices, shop, cancel subscriptions and potentially interact with financial services on our behalf, attention is turning toward what that could eventually mean for businesses built around fees and intermediaries. Patience. React, don't predict.
