Prism 编辑器里疑似有无限量 Astra 通道
用户发现 OpenAI 免费科学写作编辑器 Prism 可选 GPT-6 Astra Extra High,且 Codex 额度用尽后仍能用,疑走独立请求池。

People just found what looks like nearly unrestricted GPT-6 Astra access, hidden inside a free editor Users discovered that Prism, OpenAI's free scientific writing editor, lets you select GPT-6 Astra Extra High and keep working even after you've burned through your Codex quota. It looks like Prism draws from a separate request pool that isn't tied to Codex or Work limits, though OpenAI hasn't confirmed anything about it yet. This wouldn't be the first time Prism quietly ran ahead of its own limits, it launched on GPT-5.2 back in January and was later bumped to GPT-5.3 with Codex CLI built in, always marketed as unlimited on projects and collaborators from day one. Prism itself is available to Free, Go, Plus, and Pro users. The documentation only says the built-in assistant runs on frontier models, no usage limits are actually specified anywhere. The catch: Prism is built for LaTeX and scientific writing, so it doesn't have a terminal or local file access the way Codex does. But for reasoning, translation, and working through long documents, this currently looks close to unmetered Astra access. Waiting for someone to build a proxy on top of Prism at this point.
