gemini 4 benchmarks look really good just like gemini 3 last year, google can afford to skip incremental updates and go for one big release since AI isn't their entire business but was it worth the wait? absolutely i suspect the next openai or anthropic release will close the gap or pull ahead, and that's the beauty of this race
