His setup now has a single Chief of Staff coordinating across 7 Hermes machines and 20+ Grokbots. From one place he can: • Talk to different Hermes hosts • Orchestrate work across the fleet • Kick off long-horizon Kanban goals • Handle maintenance, updates, pruning, and local LLM optimization • Keep the Hermes machines on the private network while Grokbot handles the interface There are two bridge options too, depending on how Hermes is running: an SSH relay or Hermes’ native API gateway.
