Duo could’ve been the AI agent for the masses but they built an audience of consumers that hate AI. Now if Meta wants to, Muse can eat Duolingo’s lunch. People will learn their languages from Muse, brag about it on socials, turn it into a content experience. Notice Meta is now using the exact Duolingo mascot playbook. Why? It works. Duolingo’s CEO was quoted saying their DAU stopped growing and their stock price went down when they stopped being unhinged. So that’s how you end up with a silly unhinged mascot with big buttcheeks. TLDR; 1. Muse can beat Duo’s ass 2, When it comes to AI agents, buttcheeks > buttholes
