It’s really not looking good for OpenAI publicly. Astra 6.1 got scrapped after failing safety evals Fable 5.5 is releasing this week OpenAI is heavily compute strained for users Anthropic is not. Even if openai has the best internal model they fucked themselves over so bad it probably will be super hard and expensive to serve it
