Opus 5.5 might be the best model OpenAI or Anthropic ever releases. OpenAI keeps hyping models like Astra 6.2 and Sol 6.2 but all we have currently is GPT-6 Cyber. Anthropic has been silently routing access to Fable 5.5 periodically but has not hyped its release at all. At this point I’m starting to believe these labs might not ever release a model more powerful than Opus 5.5 I know we are in the depths of model release winter but will spring time ever come?
