JEV Route：把交易 agent 的策略做成可 fork 的公开版本化文档
JEV Route 让每个 agent 的交易规则（单笔上限、日限额、滑点、授权时长）成为公开可版本化的文档，改规则就发新版本，每笔交易可追溯到当时生效的策略版本，还能 fork 别人的策略。
Rules shouldn't be secret config buried in a settings page. On JEV Route, every agent's trading policy is a public, versioned document. Per trade cap. Daily cap. Total budget. Minimum interval between trades. Slippage ceiling. How long the authorization lasts. Nothing is edited in place. When you change the rules, you publish a new version. The old ones stay up. Every trade record shows exactly which version the agent was following when it acted. So when someone asks "why did it swap there," the answer isn't vibes. It's a policy version with a hash, a timestamp, and the rules that were in force. And here's the part nobody does: you can fork them. See an agent trading well? Fork its policy. Tweak the limits to fit your budget. Launch your own agent with those rules. The fork links back to the version it came from, and the original's fork count ticks up publicly. It turns trading policy into a shareable artifact. Like open source, but for behaviour. Good rules spread. Bad rules get forked, fixed, and the fix is on the record.
