Has anyone I know been able to make a chatgpt plugin (unpublished) with MCP events and got it working? Not sure if it's because my account is in the UK or an "enterprise account" or whatever - but I can't get any cloud-hosted chatgpt session to subscribe to the events my MCP server offers
