THIS IS F**KING INSANE. same prompt. GPT-6 Astra vs Opus 5.5. top vs bottom. no edits, no cherry-picking. empty dunes. then a palace rising out of the sand. Astra nailed it: crisp, clean, postcard-perfect. you’d post it and scroll on. then look at the bottom half. Opus didn’t just build the place. it lit it. ripples carved into the sand, haze on the horizon, that low golden light sitting on everything. Astra shows you the location. Opus shoots the shot. every clip. not one lucky frame. so I stopped arguing over frames and actually ran the numbers — coding, reasoning, cost, video. who wins at what in 2026. it’s the piece I’m quoting. Astra or Opus 5.5? where do you land?
