Paste it after planning, before your agents start writing new lines of code: "Is this the highest confidence solution for this session, with no clear gaps, no overengineering, incredibly surgical but still efficient with no drop in quality or performance, and the least likely to cause any negative impact? No drift or staleness in assumptions? Audited a few times over?" For any major coding project, I use this prompt multiple times and it’s saved me from so many agent hallucinations.
