I don't get it. OpenAI introduced a $500 subscription after nerfing the $200 one so it has just a bit more usage than the old 200usd plan. Now when someone complains that the usage runs out pretty fast on the 500dollar one(!), they say "are you using astra", "or ultrafast"?? Guys if I paid fkcing $500 for a subscription I expect to be able to use astra or more astra because it's the only model close to Opus 5.5. Why would you say thats the reason for quick usage drain. That should NOT be the case. and on top of that ultrafast is a feature only for the $500subs. I get it, it is using A LOT but that's also a problem + I want to test these features when I subscribe to chatgpt 500 OpenAI needs a better model or models, faster models (yes even faster than the improvement today - which is a very good improvement and I hope they continue improving model speed) Also Codex Desktop App is getting really laggy imo. They did improve it a lot but lately I'm experiencing freezes/crashes etc more often. It still looks like a two lab race at the moment. And in this space everything changes ultra fast. I hope to see OpenAI back soon!
