It has to account for what conflicts: a strong trend against thin liquidity, momentum against a widening spread, a promising signal against a risk constraint. Those disagreements don’t disappear because one side has more agents. Agent #50 turns the specialist outputs into one structured state. Jev 1.13 receives that state and chooses BUY, SELL, or HOLD. A separate execution gate determines what, if anything, is allowed to happen next. More agents won’t save a system that mistakes consensus for evidence.
