I think I'm finally satisfied with my Grok Bot and Codex set up: 1. Grok Bot is my chief of staff, its specialists are butlers: daily admin, household coordination, incoming information and research. Grok Bot delegates to Codex. 2. Dot is my EA for Codex: building tools, detailed project work, analysis, learning systems and maintaining shared knowledge. What that looks like: Email and daily admin: @Grok @Bot handles email, a daily look-ahead and pre-mortem, and weekly checks for open loops across calendar, notes and tasks. Shopping and packages: Grok’s Household Runner tracks packages and helps with grocery carts. I get a daily delivery digest and reminders when I haven't checked out something I said I needed. Food and kitchen: Grok helps with menu planning and food logging. Health and fitness: a custom app and Mac routines collect and reconcile health data. Codex analyzes it and helps with training; Dot delivers plans and follow-ups. Homeschooling: Codex maintains my homeschool Learning Navigator and creates worksheets, readers and activities. Grok’s Homeschool Prep prepares day cards and follows up on activities. Renovation: Grok’s Reno Helper maintains plans and decisions. Codex helps with research, comparisons, visualizations and home-automation planning. Research and 𝕏: Grok’s Signal Scout produces research digests, maintains a research wiki and handles 𝕏 bookmark resurfacing. Notes and shared memory: All agents save useful context to my Obsidian vault. Codex archives notes and produces weekly and monthly reviews; Dot delivers the reports. Software and household tech: Codex builds apps, websites, integrations and automations for the household, and manages Home Assistant which runs household routines. Did I miss anything?
