No one has done more damage to OpenAI than OpenAI. A month ago GPT 6 Astra had them way out in front. Then they: 1. Cut Astra usage in half on DevDay 2. Pulled the usage numbers off the Pro plans 3. Rushed out 6.1 Sol one week after 6 Sol 4. Promised a global reset that didn't show up when they said it would. Meanwhile Anthropic shipped Opus 5.5 and raised limits. It's at 58 on Artificial Analysis. Astra is at 53. OpenAI had the lead and fumbled it. Fable 5.5 is going to be the nail in the coffin.
