$GOOGL employees are testing a new Gemini 4 checkpoint codenamed Carbon on the company’s internal Jetski coding platform in recent days, per Business Insider report. One employee said Carbon’s coding feels comparable to Anthropic’s Opus 5.5. Another called it really good, as Google iterates beyond Argon, announced September 30, toward its next frontier release.
