用 Grok Bot 释放个人产能的五步法
作者给出把 Grok Bot 接到具体目标上的步骤:定目标、找出占用时间的杂事、交办、算清自己的投入、再给省下的时间安排用途。
Grok Bot can help you get past one of the biggest limits in business and life: having to do everything yourself. That’s leverage. My definition of leverage is simple: being able to do more with less effort. When I was building my earlier businesses, creating more capacity often meant hiring people, raising money and building a team. Grok Bot gives us another way to create capacity by handing over work that would otherwise depend on our own time and attention. But there’s a decision worth making before you build another bot: What do you actually want that extra capacity for? Starting the business you keep talking about? Learning a new skill? Growing your existing business? Having more time with your family? Here’s how I’d connect Grok Bot to that goal: 1 - Name the goal Choose something specific you want to move forward. “Talk to five potential customers this week” gives you a clearer target than “work on my business.” 2 - Find the work competing with it Look at what you repeatedly chase, check, organise or prepare. Meeting coordination. Supplier follow-ups. Research. Household planning. Start with a job that regularly takes your attention away from the goal. 3 - Give Grok Bot responsibility for that job Provide the information, connect the tools it needs and explain what it can do independently. Be clear about when the job starts, what finished looks like and when it should come back to you. 4 - Account for your involvement Briefing, checking and correcting all take time. Start with one workflow and refine it until the effort it removes is greater than the effort it creates. 5 - Give the recovered time a purpose Use it for those customer conversations. Protect the study session. Spend the evening with your family. Otherwise, another task will quietly fill the space. That’s what excites me about this. More people can start building towards goals that previously felt beyond the time and resources they had. The most useful question becomes: “What could I finally move forward if I didn’t have to do all the surrounding work myself?”
