Future work should use fresh evidence.” For example, a useful morning briefing might give you: The three decisions you need to make. The deadline for each. A recommendation with supporting evidence. If that’s what makes the briefing valuable, capture those requirements. “Great briefing” leaves the standard vague. “Lead with decisions, deadlines and evidence” gives the next run something concrete to follow. Your best outputs are examples of what good looks like in your business. Use them.
