作者用 Grok Bot 找出倒卖自己个人信息的数据经纪商并发删除请求，被拒后又让它写法律信给州议员，认为这是个人助理「能真正办事」的有力案例。
So yeah. I used Grok Bot to scour the internet for data brokers hawking my personal information and issue take down requests. A couple companies denied it because they said my state doesn't require them to comply with those requests. "Well that's a problem." "Grok Bot help me write a letter to my state legislatures laying out the problem, the exact legal issues, and what well run red states are doing to solve this problem." I made some adjustments but left most of the technical legal aspects in Groks language. We also discovered that both companies denying the request are owned by the same parent company. (who owns MANY more personal data brokerage companies) Sketchy. Sent it all to the relevant parties. Have had them get back with me that it sounds like a real problem and that they'd see what the Bureau of Congressional Research turns up on the topic and what my state can do about it. That's... a REALLY strong case for AI use as a personal assistant right there. The ability to just 'do things,' as the meme, says has never been higher.
