BREAKING $AMD $META | @OpenAI Sam just announced "Dots" today at DevDay 2026 to compete with @Meta @Muse. Should i say, @MikeLongTerm called it? We will see more @Muse like competition and that will only increase CPU demand by 20-30x from here. AMD shareholders are going to love this! They are always on personal agents inside ChatGPT, powered by GPT-6 Astra. Each one gets its own cloud computer, can stay running after you close the app, connect to thousands of apps, and keep working on goals in the background. OpenAI positions them as the company’s answer to Meta’s Muse and similar agents such as Instinct and Grok Bots. Dots is precisely similar to Muse, and OpenAI is using a comparable isolated cloud computer. Both are always-on personal agents, not just chatbots: ~You give them goals ~They keep working after you close the app ~They use a browser + connected apps (email, calendar, Slack/Teams, shopping, etc.) ~They ask for approval on sensitive actions ~They can act proactively in the background Muse’s box was identified because testers ran Ubuntu commands and saw AMD EPYC 9D25 (Turin), and soon to use AMD EPYC Venice variances. OpenAI has not published the CPU for a Dot’s cloud computer. The agent box (the part comparable to Muse’s VM) OpenAI only says each Dot gets its own isolated Linux cloud computer with Chrome, sandboxing, and user isolation. My guess is, OpenAI Dots is using AMD EPYC from $MSFT @Azure and @OracleCloud (rent for now and order later).
