用户实测 Grok Bot 自主改 GitHub 邮箱、接 Garmin 数据

My Grok Bots have their own GitHub account that was using an agent mail address. I activated my grok bot email address and asked my bot to delete agent mail. he reminded me that we had it setup with GitHub and asked me if I wanted him to go in and change the email address. I said yes and he just went and did it. I am starting a new cycling plan aimed at weight loss for the offseason. I have a Garmin scale that syncs with Garmin edge, but had no idea how to feed it to my Coach Grok Bot so he can just pull the weigh-in data every day. So I told him to go figure it out. Garmin doesn't have a free consumer API, but he figured out some other way to do it. Not sure what he did but it's wired into my Mac mini now and works. Since release, Grok Bot's progress in "ask it to go do something and it does it completely without you" has been nothing short of incredible. The progress made since august is unlike anything I've seen in any digital AI product I've used yet. If you haven't tried it, or deleted it recently, you should absolutely give it another go. There is no agentic platform better at just going and figuring out whatever you're asking it, and just handling it.
