THIS IS ACTUALLY WILD... i just built a Grok Bot that found potential customers, researched them, and drafted 100 personalized cold emails in just 30 minutes. All I gave it was a link to a payments company's website, and it found potential clients, researched them, and drafted the first 100 personalized cold emails. Outbound Desk builds an outreach crew for pretty much ANY company, with Enrich, X Outreach, and LinkedIn Outreach working from one shared Google Sheet. For X, it only prepares drafts for you to review and send yourself. here's how it works: 01 → give Outbound Desk your company's website. it figures out what you're selling 02 → define your target audience. in my case, founders and businesses that could benefit from better payment processing 03 → give it the hook. lower transaction fees, fewer failed payments, or easier checkout 04 → pick your channels. email for outreach, plus X and LinkedIn to find additional prospects 05 → Outbound Desk sets up the crew and opens one shared lead sheet 06 → Enrich finds potential customers and fills the sheet with relevant contacts and business signals 07 → X Outreach drafts personalized cold DMs. LinkedIn Outreach prepares connection notes. email drafts stay in the sheet until you approve and send them 08 → you review the sheet, edit the drafts, and send X messages yourself I built this because I was tired of spending hours finding leads, checking profiles, and writing basically the same messages over and over. getting the bots to work together took some effort. they all need the same data and clear rules so nothing gets mixed up. now I can just drop a company's website into Outbound Desk, tell it who I want to reach, and let it handle the research and outreach preparation. I turned it into a Grok Bot template so anyone can set up their own outreach crew without building everything from scratch. grab Outbound Desk template below ↓
