Handbrake：用 Stop hook 核对 agent 是否真的投放成功
开源工具在 agent 结束时读取会话账本，若没有成功的广告激活或预算变更记录，就要求它说明花费去向，防止「已上线」的虚假总结。
The failure nobody tests for: the agent says it's live and nothing went live. an agent can build three ad sets, get an activation denied, and still end its turn with "the ad set is live". the denial scrolled past. the summary is a story. handbrake's Stop hook reads the session's ledger when the agent finishes. no successful activation or budget change in it, and the message comes back with one instruction: say what happened to spend. the ledger holds the id, the time, the arguments, the agent's stated reason, and what Meta answered. One of the four gaps the live run found was in exactly this path. a failed write reaches the hook through a different event than a success. a ledger that only listens for one of them is wrong about the other. https://github.com/codegobrrrr9/metads-handbrake
