Grok bot, Opus 5.5 and Jev. then i added Haiku 5.5 the setup was simple. clients sent orders, i read them, passed them to the team, the code came back done they were so fast that the slowest member of the team was me. reading every request, deciding yes or no, writing the brief so i added one more agent and wrote down which orders to take that was the last order i touched now the team accepts the order, writes the code, ships it to the client and sends my wallet for payment. i find out from the notification who does what: Haiku 5.5, the intake. reads every new order and turns it into a spec. this used to be my job Jev, the gate. scores each spec against my rules and says take or skip. never writes a word Opus 5.5, the coder. writes the code, the tests and the readme. never talks to the client Grok bot, the face. accepts the order, answers questions, delivers the result, sends the invoice they don't chat. they pass files. spec → decision → code → delivery the prompts: 1. Haiku 5.5 — intake "you read client orders, you don't negotiate. for every new message in orders/ write spec/<id>.md: what the client wants, stack, deadline, budget, acceptance criteria. if something is missing write 'unknown'. no opinions" 2. Jev — gate "score every file in spec/ on three questions: does it match rules.md, can it be done within the deadline, is the budget above the floor in rules.md. take only if all three pass above 0.8. write the ids to take.txt. no prose" 3. Opus 5.5 — coder "build every order in take.txt from its spec only. write the code, tests that prove each acceptance criterion, and a readme a client can follow. run the tests. if any fail, fix and rerun. save to builds/<id>/. never contact the client" 4. Grok bot — client side "for every id in take.txt tell the client the order is accepted and give the deadline from the spec. when builds/<id>/ passes its tests, send the result with the readme in a formatted email and attach an invoice with the wallet from wallet.txt. answer client questions using only the spec and the readme" making money has never been this easy
